Bye bye exams, hello blogging!!! IT'S OVER! :D

Hi friends,

This is perfectly awesome. Today's my LAST EXAM!! I know I've been dead for weeks and well I shall revive myself. End of exams are as effective as CPR on this blog! WOOT! I don't know how I survived without blogging but that doesn't matter now. I'm Loving It.

Okay firstly relating to the last post. Yes my prediction was correct my death sentence came smack in my face. (last exam not the one I took recently. I took SA recently) Looks like I've got enough practice dunking my head in the toilet bowl. I failed my maths. Again. I fell short of the average for Chinese. First time. Thank goodness that was not SA. I'm just fed up I'm surprised that I've managed to swallow vulgarities that threatened to tumble out. GRRR I'm so mad that I'm going to shoot the next thing/person/animal/alien that moves. Which means you. Check this out.

XD Kidding! But seriously if I fail SA, which is the one I just took, THERE GOES MY DSA. I have already confirmed some mistakes in the SA papers I just took and I am hoping, hoping, hoping...that I don't have to dunk my head in the toilet bowl again.

Now that brings me to DSA. My parents are considering to let me apply for DSA to RGS, NYS (Siewrong!!) and maybe NJC. Whatever it is. I'm so nervous. To get in through DSA and skip the GAT test I must get average 80 for every subject. Which is out of the question. That means I have to take GAT and the interview! ARGH I'm freaking out. My Maths results may freak them interviewers out too. Maybe I should go on my knees or something. T_T

Now to happier stuff. We went to the eco garden at the Science Centre recently for enrichment. TAG 3 and 4 were combined and we were there to CATCH AQUATIC INSECTS!!! WHOOO!! We first had a video to watch. And uh, Qianwei was cringing her way through. But I don't really blame her...the pictures were magnified until it looked as if a mutant killer bug was going to leap out of the screen...at Qianwei. An Yee and I kept looking at her at specific parts of the video. I longed to take a picture of her. *evil smile* but I didn't. :(

We went on to the pond to catch insects. The braver ones went to catch dragonflies. It was so cool! My rock-o-meter would explode! We were supposed to use a net to pull out plants and search for insects in the plants. At first Way and I were a bit freaked and we did not really touch the plants. Then Mdm Teo came along. She found this really crazy insect and Way and I were like "AAAAAHHH!!!" Then Mdm Teo was like "Stop screaming and GET THE JAR!!" Then we grabbed a container, filled it with water and Mdm Teo squished the roots of the plant (which I think is a CarBombBAH!!)and the insect fell into the jar! But the insect was super swift and tried to escape so I slammed the cover on. CAPTURED! The most awesome thing about that insect is that the scientist guy told us that the insect was rare and 90% ARE FOUND IN THE MARINE!! WOOHOO we caught it! Actually its more of Mdm Teo catching it...

At that point I felt sorry for the insect. i mean, imagine if you are chilling out on the sofa watching TV. Suddenly this huge net swoops down and the next thing you know you are flying through the air. You try desperately to get of the darn net and all of a sudden you find yourself falling downwards into this gigantic jar. You strangle a scream and try fruitlessly to climb up the slippery walls. Your hopes are killed when the cover is slammed above you. It's plain terrifying.

Anyway we went on to catch more insects. We were less scared after a while and soon we were yanking the roots of the CarBombBAHH!! to find insects! And who can forget the ones who sacrificed themselves for the activity by falling into the pond. Luckily it wasn't deep. But it was muddy-VERY BROWN. Like unappealing Milo. I think around 4 people sacrificed their shoes. The hilarious part was when some tried to wash their shoes at the lab sink! *LMAO* And then we have the brave ones like An Yee and Stephanie who caught pond skaters with their bare hands!! And the invincible ones like Delvin who caught 3 dragonflies!

The insects my group found at the end of the day were cool-the rare insect, little shrimps, dragonfly nymphs, water snails!! I didn't want it to end! SO if the idea of searching through the roots of plants for insects appeals to you, go to the Science Centre! the hands-on experience is unforgettable. But be careful when handling the insects....I tried to pick up this insect that looked liked nothing when compared to an ant with tweezers and I uh, squashed it. I didn't mean to!! I merely picked it up without even really squeezing the tweezers and it died?!

I'm suddenly at a loss about how to continue this blog post-so I shall post something extremely lame.

HOW TO GET RID OF STRESS THAT IS CAUSED BY TANGIBLE REASONS
Pre-preparation:
Go to the gym and lift dumbbells.
Step 1: Take the cause of your stress-homework/exam papers/results slips.
Step 2: Hold it tightly and RIP IT. With your bare hands. It's shiok.
Why not use shredders?
1. There are so many things I want to shred that the shredder will jam.
Won't you use up your arm energy too?
1. That's why I told you to go to the gym.
Don't follow any of the above steps unless you would like to throw yourself into really deep poop.

I know that's lame but I really feel like blogging and blogging even if there's nothing to blog. But I'm afraid I've run out of ideas...no wait I haven't.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO INA AND RUIJUN!!

LOL. Anyways I wish all of you the best in all your exams and PSLE!! As for those who really detest studying and my encouragement seems dumb, check out this quote.

I'm not kidding you! Check out this website if you want proof http://www.quotationspage.com/quote/35699.html

Signing off now, study hard even if your brain retains nothing and persuade your teachers to get you a BBQ as a reward! ;)
