Town P and Town Q are 640 km apart. At 7.30 am, Mr Lim left Town P for Town Q. He travelled at an average speed of 60km/h. 4 hours later, Mr Muthu left Town Q for Town P travelling at an average speed of 90km/h. At what time did the two men pass each other?
