PEOPLE!!! Pls don't abandon me!! I'm BACK!!! And I'm tired.

Hi friends,

Yes that's right I'm back! After three weeks!! And I miss blogging to bits!! Now there are so many things I want to post about the past wild weeks that I don't know how to begin!! Um. that's a wrong sentence somehow...I have started...but never mind.

Firstly, I went for some Maths Olympiad training. What's the big deal about it? Nothing. But if the trainer sounds like he is speaking in Greek and the worksheets seem to be set in Italian, you know that there is something wrong. Something VERY VERY wrong.

Secondly I took my Chinese exam last week and my Maths(ugh)exam TODAY. Chinese was okay...I got 41.5/50. But Maths is another thing. After staring at my notes till I was sick of it and nothing entered my head I approached the dreaded paper today. And guess what? I am positively sure that I am on my way to getting a beautiful...and equally revolting fail. Hooray. Not. Why? Because I could not complete 3 questions from part B of my paper in time!!! Which means I just threw away ten marks. But it was not fair!!! I was writing my number statement for one of those super 5 mark questions when the teacher said "pens down". And I suddenly had this overwhelming urge to bash her face into the wall.

Thirdly the head prefect results are out, and heartiest congrats(maybe it's too late, they were announced two weeks ago)to Shermaine and Mingrou!! And...Tianle?

Fourthly I am absolutely sick of my homework. I have a whole list of stuff to finish and almost all of them I have not started. It's alarming. The deadlines are approaching and I haven't started. Die die must start today.

Fifthly I realised (actually I knew it all the while) how much I suck at PE. During the last few lessons I partnered Mingrou and Ng Way (alternating) and we did stuff like standing on your hands with your weight resting on your partner, walking while giving your friend a piggyback and so on. I totally crapped at it. During the part where I was to balance on the floor with both hands and my friend lifted my legs, I collapsed. When it was my turn to help my partner, I tried to lift her legs higher but my hands couldn't support it. The piggy back was awful. My friend managed to carry me and even start RUNNING. But when it was my turn, first try I dropped my friend. Second try her legs hardly came off the floor. Third try I managed to carry her but I could not walk around. That is the bad thing about being underweight.

Sixthly I guess everybody is kind of tired from all the homework loaded on you so I want to wish you good luck in completing your homework and killing your teachers for the torture too. Okay I didn't mean the second part.

P.S. I hate Wednesdays because five minutes after I come home from a tiring Maths Olympiad training I get to see my piano teacher without any preparation beforehand which sucks. I need the preparation because I don't practise piano for 6 days out of seven days, I'm too lazy. ;) You can tell me which days you hate too on the cbox if you want to.

P.S. Please don't abandon me even if my blog is kinda dead.

Heyz. Make that short and sweet.

Hi friends,

Yeah thanks for tagging at my blog constantly, will return the favour! ;)Now I have to keep things quick so lets have a look at the news for the week.

1. I did NOT get into the SNYS. Will try again later this year!
2. I went to Batu Pahat and came back today. Whoosh. In a nutshell, I went to visit a passionfruit farm (so enormous!! acres and acres of land stretched out with fruit!), visited a rich guy's house whose house is so big and crazy that it kind of made me faint, but what really made me faint was that this awesome house COST LESS THAN MY HDB FLAT HOUSE??!! That is so impossible! My dad says that it is because Singapore has less land. :( Okay where was I...ah yes there was also a new mall in Batu Pahat other than the Summit. You know what that means? That means SHOPPING. Uh oh. This time it was worse than Genting. Far worse. I came home with this awfully terrifying pile of tops, bottoms and 2 pairs of shoes. I was like, walk into dressing room. Try clothes. Walk out. Walk in. Try clothes. Walk out. It's scary. LOL. But hey maybe that's not very funny. Anyway at least the clothes looked pretty okay, some good. Okay now so we also had this Chinese New Year dinner there and yeah I really love yusheng. Seriously the English name sounds so unappetising. Raw Fish Salad. You get the WTH is that crap? sort of feeling but it tastes really cool!! And I had a great time with my family there.

Wow. That was a big nutshell. If only I could empty the contents and write one whole long post dedicated to Batu Pahat.

3. There is this head prefect thinggy and many of my good friends joined the election and I am at a total loss at who to vote for, they are all so cool!! The only thing I know: don't vote for boys. Okay kidding!! Don't hunt me down!! It's just that I will most likely choose a girl since I am closer to them but good luck to all anyway!! You all rock!!

I guess I better get going. Have a great CNY, and have a good year for P6! (which is sooo not possible but good luck anyway)

Cheers

I...Cannot...Stand...It!! I have to blog!

Hi friends,

I just can't hold it back anymore. I have to post. With so many things bubbling around my head that I really want to blog about, I must blog. Alright, I will stop crapping. Lets see what i wanted to blog about...

This is one of the craziest years of my life. It's only 2 weeks into P6. And I'm panting already. Since when did so much work come in in term 1?! These weeks have been pretty mad. Firstly, algebra really stinks. Stinks like 20 rotten chickens in a cesspool. sorry to any Maths teacher who reads this. Okay, maybe it's not so bad, lets make that 15 chickens. But I have been spun into a whirlwind of nonsensical, un-understandable crap. Out of 100% things that the teacher says, 20% goes into my head. 80% has been processed...into soft brown stuff. You know what.

Secondly, I have been told to do some hosting thing for some MOE visitors together with my 5 friends (which is over). It's not that I had the longest script. The point is that I have the shortest script. No, that's not the point either-the point is that I had the shortest script and I keep crapping up!! If I'm not saying the wrong word, I'm speaking too fast. I guess its in me. Just talk fast, super duper fast. The good thing is that I get to miss at least 30 minutes of lesson every day for training! Ha. Ha. Ha.

Thirdly, I had to do a Show-And-Tell (which is also over)...in Chinese. About a Chinese story book. Ugh. Chinese. I totally stink at it. But at least I stink at it only at a stink-o-meter of 10 rotten chickens in a cesspool. :)

Fourthly, I just took my audition to enter SNYS (S'pore national youth sinfonia) today! The good thing is that it lasted only 5 minutes. The bad thing is that I think I didn't do well. And to blow it all up he asked me who my teacher was!! Help.

Fifthly, my test for the song that sounded like a howling cat and a wailing bat drowning in a pile of fresh deep crap-La Folia-is TOMORROW!! Help. Help. Help.

And lastly, I have been flooded with the stinkiest homework for the past 2 weeks at a stink-o-meter of 100 rotten chickens in two cesspools each, breaking the record and causing the stink-o-meter to explode. Yay. What with confusing algebra, Chinese compo, reflections on biography poems, and thousands of worksheets and research for English?!!! And more. Just throw my homework file into the cesspool too. I will need to buy a new stink-o-meter.

The good thing is that our class has become livelier than ever. never a day without laughter! Funny remarks, jokes and "theories" send us all rolling all over the floor laughing. ROFL! I love this hyperactiveness, it gets us hyper and ready to go!! And as if to compensate for the stinky algebra, most funny moments occur during Maths when we come up with ridiculous answers. Chinese is pretty fun too. We also have 7 children from Dalian joining us in our lessons and all the boys in the 7 Dalian students love soccer. This has driven all the boys in my class crazy. A soccer frenzy rose and spun the boys into a flurry of kicking and sweat. W.O.W!

All in all, these 2 weeks have been bonkers and bananas and really wild!!!! Which is a great change from the holidays! Not exactly great, but it has 20 sunglasses on the rock-o-meter. LOL.

This post is the result of 2 weeks without posting divided by 2. If only I could paste a video of all this wildness onto my blog!!! Hope all of you had a great time in school, good luck!!

It's 2009!!!

Hi friends,

Heyhey, this is my first post of 2009, happy new year everybody!!!! The reason why I had been Mia-ing for so long is because I had been having fun with my cousin who came to stay with us!! We were like, playing DS so madly!! I loved it...but she left yesterday. T.T

Now, for my resolutions of 2009!! (P.S. I allow myself to break some of the rules on the 1st of Jan because I'm still getting used!! :P) If you realise some of them are kind of ambitious...may have to stretch to another year. Never mind. Out of 12 resolutions last year, I only fulfilled 3...

1. Get top in English for the whole year overall (I have lots of competitors!)
2. Get 260-270 for PSLE (Hmmm? It would be good to hit 258...then hit 260 with Higher Chinese! ;P)
3. Get 3 star pupil badge (I increase one star every year)
4. Do things QUICKLY and efficiently...with NO mistakes!!! (Ever took 1hr 30 mins to eat dinner? Or 4hrs to do one worksheet? And still make careless mistakes? I daydream too much)
5. Do skipping everyday, 5-10 mins (I barely scraped my NAPFA test)
6. Study the Bible more regularly (I spend very little time doing so)
7. Do very well in Science, Maths and HCL! (Maths and Science below average, HCL not as good as I would like it to be)
8. Get the Suzuki Solo Performer position (This means that I have to do better than others in the test. While playing the song that sounds like a howling cat and a wailing bat drowning in a pile of fresh deep crap that I told you about: La Folia! The one where the exam was shifted to 18 Jan)T_T
9. Spend less than half an hour on the com everyday when school starts with the exception of school work, checking email and public/school holidays.
10. Be a good girl. (I have been very naughty this year. Would you believe me if I told you I had a mini water fight on the school bus once? And I had been a little too proud too)
11. Study more and efficiently.

That's my list in all... Happy new year and All the best in fulfilling your resolutions!!!

P.S. I shall vanish from here from tomorrow onwards...I may not do more than reply tags...I will not visit blogs nor update unless I have a good reason to do so or it's the weekends...so byebye. See you on a weekend!!

Merry Christmas!!!...

Hi friends,

Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas!! And a happy new year. Whatever. Enjoy your holidays which are ending pretty soon. Soon we'll be back in school. Maybe it's a good thing, maybe it's not. Never mind. For all I know, the worst thing about school reopening is: not being able to get used to the flow of another year at school. But how bad can it get, when you've got friends, jokes, plenty of humour and lots of fun with your friends. Instead of sitting around the house so wu liao. Sit in front of the computer, sit in front of my table, everyday is the same. Sigh.

So Merry Christmas once again, with well wishes for 2009. All the best for a new year, regardless whether you are heading to a new secondary school, or facing P6. Or P5. Never mind.

A card does make Christmas nicer too. I just received a Christmas card from my buddy in Japan. She is sweet. Although I have only been talking to her for the few days I met her in Japan, she still remembers me. She actually learnt English so that she could communicate with me in Japan plus write this card in English! Here's the card:

I sent her a card in reply.

That's about it. Merry Christmas buddy.

Cheers

P.S. I want to kick Maths in the ass. When I do Maths there is a 200% chance that I will make at least 5 mistakes. Like today.

Photos!!

Hi friends,

Today there will be photos and a little extra stuff that I forgot to say in the last post. My brother had picked up an interesting habit while he was there. You know what it was (but he dropped it the minute we returned :()? It was picking dandruff from my hair! It's funny, but things get hilarious when my brother does it! He would go "Ah, I see a harvest field here!" and "OOI don't move!! You see lah I lost it!" and "Aiyah today got crisis leh why your hair so clean today?!". He took a picture of my hair but deleted it later because he could not find any dandruff. :P But seriously, he did keep my hair rather clean during those days. Haha!!

P.S. I did not go theme park, because...we didn't want to?

PhOtOs!!

This is Kookies&Kream! Kute right?

The Christmas Choir!! Their singing is awesome!!

The view from my hotel room. Shiok!!

Santa Claus, my family and the extra pretty lady that Santa ran away with! LOL

That's my brother trying to snap a shot of me when my dad was taking a picture of me. In the end he got snapped into the photo too. He always does that;when my photo was about to be taken he would go "wait ah wait!!" and snap just in time. I remember when I would try to pose in funny angles to escape him and he would snap his photos in funny angles. Haha! But anyway all deleted...

Yummy yummy cupcakes!!

My brother the model! Hehe. My mum says he looked good in this pic!

Shopping at the PONEY clothes fair. :(

My bro and I in front of the Mongolian Fair.

Bro, mum and I in front of the Christmas Tree at the Resort Check-in. If you look carefully my brother's hand is right behind my head, ready to give me a good whack. Lol!

And that's about it...MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!
